Accepting Phone Calls from an Inmate

Prepaid tickets can be purchased from the vending machine in the lobby of the jail.
Prepaid tickets are $5, $10, & $20.
After purchasing a prepaid ticket, write the inmates name on the back of the ticket and place in the box slot.

Local calls are $0.25 p/m
Long distance calls are $0.50 p/m (calls rounded up to the next minute)
Talk time is no more than 15 minutes per call
Cell phones and cable company phone lines can be called using prepaid cards.

Family and friends can set up a direct pay (prepaid talk time) account 4 ways:

1. "On-line" website www.combinedpublic.com Visa, MasterCard, Discover card accepted.
   Talk time is sold in $25 increments with a $3 service fee per $25's purchased.
2. Mail in a postal money order - send to: CPC P.O. Box 76573 Highland Heights, Ky. 41076
   Money order talk time is sold in $25 increments with a $1.75 service fee for any amount.
3. Call - Customer Service of America 1-800-849-6081 (7 days a week 8am - 12 midnight)
   Talk time sold in any denomination up to $100. Service fees applied to credit card at time of transaction.
   
   Direct pay (talk time) call rates - Local $2.50.
   Toll (long distance within the same state) $2.50 + $0.35 p/m
   Long Distance (state to state) $3.95 + $0.50 p/m
   Talk time is no more than 15 minutes per call

Cell phones and cable company phone lines can be called using direct pay accounts.

If your number is open to receive collect calls, press 1 to accept the call & charge.

If your number has a collect call block, the only way to receive a call from an inmate is by setting up a direct pay account or purchasing a prepaid ticket from the lobby vending machine.

Collect calls cannot be made to - Cell phones, insight cable phone lines or any other dial tone reseller.
